The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

 Venue Rental- Cebu

August 28 to 30, 2012/wholeday/10paxs

                                           Inclusive of the followings:

                                        - free-flowing coffee in the morning, am snack, lunch and

                                                 pm snack for 100 pax

                                         Proximity within Ayala Area Cebu

Approved Budget: 450,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City. Deadline for submission of quotation will be on August 23, 2012at  2:30pm at the same address.

Kindly submit your quotation with a valid TAX Clearance issued by the Collection Enforcement Division of  Bureau of Internal Revenue and Current Mayor’s Permit.
