Bid Bulletin is being issued for the Engagement of Visual Merchandising Specialist for   Manila FAME 2012/Hall One.  

Instruction is hereby given to all prospective bidders that the  Pre-bid Conference was re-scheduled from 12 July 2012  to 16 July 2012 at 2:00 pm.

Opening of bids is on 30 July 12 at 2:30PM.

CITEM reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formality or accept such bids as maybe considered advantageous to the government.
