Assist and ensure timely, efficient and thorough review of all documents that need approval/signature/disposition of the Executive Director; Evaluate/recommend approval or modification or project proposals prior to Executive Director’s approval/signature/disposition; Receive/entertain clients seeking assistance in advocating certain actions; Perform special assignments calling for special coordination and contact with other organizations; Conduct research and submit recommendations as may be directed by the Executive Director; Provide technical expertise/assistance in the implementation of specific project component as may be assigned by the Executive Director; Perform other duties that may be assigned from time by the Executive Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Write advertisements for newspapers, magazines, radio, television, cinema screens, billboards, catalogues and displays in shops. Write brochure contents, speeches and other sales and promotional material.  Proofread copy. Conceptualize, discuss theme, style, and length of copy with the project team or management, to determine the most suitable approach. Write all copy to support marketing communication efforts (sponsorship, website, e-newsletters); Develop unique, new concepts. Plan and write headlines and text in such a way as to appeal to the people to prospective buyers/traders, and submit copy for approval. Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities. Work closely with the graphic designer to architect and implement the overall look and feel of the outbound consumer communications materials and website offering. Study products or services to decide the main selling features. Create copy templates for ongoing use in marketing communications.
